Duprès bottled the Secco grapes as a cuvée together with a dose of non-alcoholic white wine. This puts the sweetness in the background.

The product positions itself with alcohol-free sparkling wine. Light-footed and tasty. Juicy on the palate with fruit flavour.

Tickling carbon dioxide with momentum shows that you can also celebrate "without". Before dealcoholization, the typical wine aromas were gently extracted from the wine in the "spinning cone column" and then reintroduced at the end.
